  1. seems alot more complicated and worse than first thought, especially when others also are trying to get money owed!
  2. Hold on so this isn't a one time thing then? Looks like Sugarswirlz has some explaining to do. Makes you wonder how many others this has happened to
  3. Any word from the solicitors yet? Surely its long enough after the bank holidays to be over any postal delays
  4. Its probably best to give asos a call just incase, if they are happy that they have received money, then fine but if not it would be worth giving paypal a ring. Always better to be safe than have a letter saying you owe money
  5. Sounds very un resonable, definately fight it. Try and get as much information as you possibly can from them in writing, the hit and miss communication to you seems like it would go against them if it were to be taken further
  6. Its getting the timings right so you get there before all the best deals have been snapped up already
  7. I guess one of the best things you could do its to have a play with both of them in a local currys store, at the end of the day its down to what you prefer
  8. I had the said problem but turned up to sign but later in the day, I had already started part time hours but that week was about to go over the 16 hours I explained this filled out some forms and then they closed my account there and then
  9. Personally I would try to keep to company policy as much as possible, its a tough thing to do when you still work somewhere and your sending a grievance. But if that doesn get you anywhere I'd do what ever you can to get your self heard
