I have been paying the money each month I am not out of agreement with my court order and got another unsolicited phone call off someone from there yesterday wanting to send an attachment of earnings order!! What the hell!, I am in an agreement and I havent breached it either, the agreement started in in April, I paid it early in april he called work wanting to send an AOE and then it went to court, they agreed that that was the case and that I hadnt breached it and then I have not missed a payment since last one I made was 18th July (which is 2 days early) and I have had a call at work yesterday??? is the harassment ever going to stop because I have had enough.

Ok Guys and gals, Breakdown of charges that I have been charged as to why my debt has gone from £258.00 to over £2000.00 £200.00 Borrowed - Amount Due Back £258.39 £35.00 per default £25.00 non payment £1000.00 in contact charges (which of course I didnt asked for the emails, the texts at 10pm at night and the texts at 7am in the morning, and the nasty emails but hey ho) £24.00 monitoring account Fee £4.00 per month £400.00 Court Admin charges £816.48 Contractual Interest 1.3% per day!!! £80.00 Court Fee Total Debt £2638.00 so basicallyover 11 months I have incurred £239.00 per month in charges!

My court hearing is on 3rd may, I am a bit anxious as I know I didnt contest it but I only didnt contest it as I thought if I paid he would get off my back

Also had an email from Ali's email today to say that he no longer works there?

Can anyone tell me what has happened with the cases that have been dismissed? How much have you had to pay back?

My court hearing is on 3rd May, So will see what happens there this week! I will re post and let you know, my situation is very similar my dmp company had the same issue with them x

Who ever Ali is, he is real have spoken to him on the phone it was defo not hart.

He means that Andrew Hart has applied for the Attachment of Earnings and not bothered to check that the payment of £20.00 that I made, has been made on the other hand he shouldnt have even sent an Attachment of earnings as the payment is not officially due until 20th April!

I only have the emails that were sent to me last week, But I think I may be able to get a couple of the other call recordings from when I had spoke to them and they were quite nasty. Also I have spoken to the court today and they have said it looks like it has been sent in error they are passing this onto the Judge apparently, They wanted to see the proof of payment which I have sent them that as well and copies of the emails that were sent to me. I said to them as well that surely you wouldnt allow an AOE to be sent out especially when the payment due date was 20th April ! I was just told again it was an error, I have written a lenghtly email to the court explaining everythign to them as well. I have also asked if more money is being added onto my debt Which he couldnt deal with I have to wait now.

I wont be able to get to the court untul next week, as my hours are 10.30 / 11.00 till 7.30 / 8pm but fridays is 9 -5 and it was skipton court so could get therer on monday

Its all stamped by the court and the letter is as well, so they must have posted and surely they would keep a log of what they send for soemthing like that

Thanks, in the meantime I am going to contact the courts and see what they have to say, funny thing is I have the letter here in front of me from the courts with the agreement and when the agreement should commence and then I am getting an attachment of earnings and another £100.00 what a joke

Ok after the phone call at my work on 5th April and him saying that he was going to send an attachment of earnings order, I have spoken to the court and they said that he couldnt send me that as I wasnt in breach of my contract with them, I have come home today to find that the court have sent me a letter for an attachment of earnings and that I have 14 days to reply or else they will send it straight to my work!!!, They have slapped another £100.00 onto my debt!! So my debt has now gone from £250.00 to £2738.87!! I am well and truly out of options now I have well and truly had enough. If ahybody knows someone that is a solicitor or someone who wants to give me some advice or some help it would be greatly appreciated. I cant believe that the courts are letting him do it, He is just going to keep doing it again and again.

Yet another email off Payday Overdraft I seriously wish he would go away lol
