Then court order after that.. I answer bail in nov and haven't been charged or a court date. Someone in same boat is now at court but still has there house... I'm thinkin that should be the same for me? Does court orders usually take around 8 weeks then have a further 28 days if it is decided on eviction. Production of cannabis is the allegations I also suffer from depression and anxiety and signed off for another 18months RIVERSIDE is the housing assosiation...

I've recently had this I attended 2 assessments now the third they based on my EA50 form. I'm guessing you have sent that off?

No I haven't had sanction imposed yet. The form was sent to decision maker today by mail. Will it be made by the 28th September?

Also how long does it take for a response or for a decision maker to make a decision on stopping my benefit? Due to be paid a week Monday. Just as I've been paid today I will have to save money back for money been taken off me in a sanction.

I've missed my appointment due to forgetting and loosing the letter I thought it was Wednesday but was today. I've another appointment booked for next week but they are saying it going to decision maker. Will I get the money back if I attend the interview? How much will they take?

I have rang up the DWP they have said a decision has been made via ATOS that they reccomend to not work for 18 month recommendation. I was wondering how long the DWP take and the more likely outcome as they have said this? I'm currently in the ESA wrag group should I be put in the support group if i have been told not to attend a medical? Been a while since decision was made on atos behalf but haven't made a decision within the DWP so they are saying.

Ok so with PIP do they do a assesment again or go off my ESA records? I hear this is now done by atos. I didn't know if I would qualify

Hi, Well I've been on ESA for a while and passed a third without a medical so the atos health care say. I was wondering I've been looking into a claim for PIP or DLA and says that I would have to do another atos medical surely they will go off same reports now?

I rung up atos medical they told me themselves? I've passed two medicals already. So with this new pip will they want to see me aswell for a medical as I've passed 3 now they are saying.
