(4) Strangely Computeach didn't even reply (5) You should get a judgement against Computeach without attending court (6) Look on internet, find HCEOs (High Court Enforcement Officers) in Walsall. Send them a copy of judgement, phone them (7) They will send a bailiff round who should easily extract your money & their costs. (8) Then tackle Barclays Partner Finance & say how awful it is that they should be connected with such an awful company that flouts the law. Ask for most of the interest back. Sit back & wait.
