  1. Iv just done it online and done part admission for £121.21 which includes the court and solicitors fees so fingers crossed they dont harass me anymore! x
  2. Well this was my point and why i requested a breakdown of the account however that says 'debt taken on £266.21' and then there are debt adjustments totalling £ 193.94 which they say are the unexpired contract charge and admin fees but i dont no where i stand on disputing these as i tried to dispute them then swiftly received court letters!
  3. Thanks for the info! il try to do it online if i can find the right place! These are the particulars of claim: 'The claimant claims the sum stated being a sum due from the defendant to the claimant (formerly known as t-mobile ltd) for call and airtime charges and any monies due under an unexpired contact full particulars of which have been supplied to the defendant. The claimant is stated as Everything Everywhere but i dont know who these are whether these are t mobile or moorcroft or someone else! Shall i now just send a standard full and final settlement letter to the claimant? thanks
  4. Hey guys im in a pickle and been pointed over here so any help greatly appreciated!!! I had a debt with T Mobile which went to Moorcroft when i couldnt afford the bill. I was paying £20 per month and then checked my balance with them which was the same as when i had started even though id paid £210 by this time. When i queried this they advised me that the extra money was admin fees and unexpired contract charges and my balance was £245.15. I disputed this amount with them but have now received court papers for £310.15. What do i do from here? I obviously dispute this amount and I would be willing to pay £100 as the original balance was £266.21 and iv paid £210. So where do i go from here? x
  5. DONT ACCEPT!!!! Im also a student and find the offers tempting but its not worth it u will regret it if you settle early!!! Wait, and then think what you can do with all that lovely money!!! xx
  6. Hiya! Well i have recently had my statements through and have noticed that my balance (which was always overdrawn due to charges!) is a lot less. When looking i can see that Natwest have refunded my charges but not agreed to the condition of which i accepted. So to be clear, after my LBA they offered me all of my charges back, by this time i had received about £200 more pounds of charges so i sent a letter and recalculated schedule of charges and asked for all to be refunded otherwise i would issue a claim. I recieved the same original letter offering me full charges back but the lower ones, with no acknowledgement of my 2nd letter. Now they have deposited the smaller charged amount into my account and i have been charged again!!!! I just want the account to be nil so i can close it so what letter can i send to say basically, refund the charges that i have had and the next ones that are on the system to be added??? Any help! thanks xxx
  7. hiya archer_66, i had an account passed over from littlewoods catalogue to NDR, i cant ever remember signing an agreement as i just applied online does this still count? So will both of your debts just be wiped off now??? x
  8. Hiya! Well today have had a letter from Liverpool court and the judge has set a date for the claim to be heard the 13th June! aaaggghhhh does it even go to this stage and if so how hard is it in court? x
  9. Hiya, no i never heard a thing back from them, even tho i sent the letters recorded delivery! x
  10. hiya, i know the charges but i think they might have added more on since being passed over to the dca. Do i just send £10 with that letter and i dont have a chequebook! x
  11. Can someone advise me what 'judgement' is in court terms! Thanks x
  12. Hiya my littlewoods catalogue account was passed over to NDR dca after i refused to pay after getting £75 worth of charges in 3 months, i sent my prelim and lba to littlewoods, recorded delivery, in december and january this year but did not proceed as i thought i had done something wrong! Would i have to start again by sending the letters again now or could i just start the claim against them? And if i wanted 6 months of statements would i send a letter or phone them??? x
  13. Sorry, well they filed a defence and they sent an aq which was sent back, then the 30days passed and we phoned the court and asked what was happening, they said it was upto the judge because barclaycard had not got back to them i think and then we had a letter to say it had been moved to a court close to us which was fine, but still we have not had anything. When i phone the court where it is held, they say we have to wait for the judge to decide what to do! Im sorry if i sound like i dont know whats happening but i dont! haha my other claims went to court but did not take this long! thanks x
  14. Hiya, i am acting on behalf of my dad, this claim seems to be going on forever!!! They filed the defence on 30/11/06 and sent AQ which was sent back the day after recorded delivery, we have phoned the court many times who say that we have won by default i think and that the judge has to decide but still we have not had nothing and everytime we call the court they say the same thing! Im stuck now at where to go! Can anyone help me pleasE??!?!? thanks xx
