Employment Tribunal - you CAN win !!!
amarjit replied to TheCoolerKing's topic in Employment and minimum wage problems
Nope, is a simple answer, the PHR's and CMD's are held by different judges. Be glad you get the awful judges at these pre trial hearings as there's more of a chance to get neutral judges at the actual full hearing. With my case, I had very reasonable judges at the pre hearing stage then at the full hearing, well I couldn't have had a worse judge. Good luck -
So if I suggest that there maybe an issue of bias would it not be prudent of me to pursue this? Also the forged documents related to pertinent issues, the judge stopped me questioning the witness about this, telling me to 'move on'. Then in the judgement, said that I did not explain or provide any evidence to substantiate my claims.

During a recent Tribunal, where the Claimant lost despite proving that the Respondents submitted forged documents, I have since found out that the Judge may be related to the Barristers' Head of Chambers, this answers the question why the Claimant lost the case depite clear, unchallenged evidence of forgery etc. The Claimant haswrote to ask the Tribunal in question under the FOI Act whether they are related though received a very week response to say that they don't hold the evidence. Moreover, that the Judge is exempt from this Act as they are not a public authority as such. Please could anyone help me obtain this information as it would assist in my assumption that the Judge may have been biased? Thank you

Please can anyone help me, I have just represented myself at a tribunal and the respondents forged my signature on four pieces of documents, three supervision records and one letter that they said I sent. I provided the tribunal of originals that bear no resembelance to these documents though the judge ignored this evidence and still found in their favour. I have appealed though i feel this is corruption by a racist biased judge, what can I do? It is/was blatantly clear that the signatures were not mine? why would the judge ignore these?
