Yes I can ignore, or Yes they have a case against me? cheers

Unfortunately I appealed to APCOA parking regarding my 'Enforcement Notice' received at Luton airport for dropping off my passenger in an un designated area. In doing so I admitted that I was the driver. They have rejected my appeal. Can I still ignore the threatening letters or do they have a case against me as I admitted to being the driver.
