  3. people in this country are like sleeping sheep, they do as the goverment tells them, they have been so "dumbed up" with all the garbage on tv like big brother and all reality shows and the garbage pop groups they do not realise the goverment is lying and pulling the wool over their eyes shame on us for helping and standing up for the poor pensioners who are dying of cold each winter - the goverment has money for wars, but they can't feed the poor, its a disgrace we have people buying houses worth millions, why would somone need to spend millions on a home, i mean where is the sense in that when people in this country are living on the streets
  4. home visit which ever angle you look at it the employer does not have the right to come to your house without prior written request in a letter and even then you can refuse to see them, they are in fact tresspassing on your property if they turn up at your house without prior warning and most important without your permission, remember that! you can refuse to see them as you have a gp note, the note is enough for your employer, them coming to your house is just another way for them to add pressure onto you! they pretend to be caring but its further from the truth they are only doing this to protect their own back if you take them to ET if you have a gp note, i would not allow them to come to your house and i would not even answer the phone and speak to your employer at all - let them sack you and then take them to et! your employer coming to your house without prior permission and without your authorisation knowing fully well you are not well and have handed a gp note to work means your employer is breaking the term of mutual trust as in your contract and you can take them to court!
  5. there was a big get together today in town where the council opened up its new development, there was a very very loud sytems speakers and a massive crows, i would say the speakers were positioned in at least 5 different areas i was standing about 20 yards in front of one of the sound systems and so were hundreds of others, but my ear on the right sight has been hurting all day long how can i find out its its caused damaged to my hearing which i suspect it might have by my ear hurting all day, would the council be resposible for damage to my hearing in a public open space as the event was a council event they organised it all it was very very loud sound systems they had in town and they put hundreds of other peoples hearing at stake as well if my ear continue hurting in the next few days that would mean its damaged because of the councils sounds systems which were far too high above the legal limit where do i stand in taking action against the council, what steps do i need to take?

  8. i would not put any figures in writing...............get yourself a good employment solicitor, your company will run you ragged otherwise, let the solictor do the hard work for you

From what I have read it appears that your temp agency staff employed by manpower who have a contract with RBS to provide with with staff for handling various kinds of complaints (afterall it is one of the worse banks for complaints and customer service anyway) RBS pay manpower £15 per hour for each temp agency staff they bring to RBS, so doing the math shows 1 manpower agency staff working at RBS......... RBS pay manpower 15ph for each manpower agency staff, so if you work 35 hours a week, that means 35hours x £15ph (RBS pay to mapower) = £525 mapower take a huge cut of the £525 per employee per week and would pay you around £230 a weel, after deducting 1/2 your wages manpower seems are taking 1/2 your wage which is a total con, in the past agencies took say £2-3 of agency staff wages per hours, but if manpower are taking £7 cut from the £15 RBS pay them per hour for your wage, then you are being led up the garden wall can you not all get together and demand that manpower pay you say £12ph for the specialised complaints work you have been hired to do? RBS i hope they treat agency staff well........................... where does the OP stand in regards to being called into meetings to receive warnings from RBS team leaders for performance issues - i think RBS sack staff even on the 1st warning, but 2nd warning and you are out the door, would RBS have to provide 7 days written notice to any manpower staff if they want to give them a warning or have them sacked? because the 1st or 2nd warning would be classed as a displinary and all employees have rights, RBS or any employer can't treat employees like dirt, if their training was good and they invest in staff, then RBS should not be so eager to give agency staff 1st or 2nd final warnings and have them sacked
  10. 50% discount for pensioners fuel bills Thousands of UK Pensioners are dying of cold each year because of rising fuel costs of gas and electricity, the very pensioners who have spent years and years paying taxes to this corrupt goverment are now dying in their thousands each year in the cold weather because they simply cannot afford to heat their homes! It is disgusting the UK goverment along with the energy companies are still fleecing pensioners, they must be a 50% discount of all fuel bills for pensioners in this country, it is the least we demand for the old people of this country. the goverment can waste billions in occupation and illegal wars around the middle east and soon to be iran and they dont mind wasting billions, but when it comes to helping pensioners with a 50% discount on their fuel bills, they say no. the goverment, along with the polictians are greedy liars, bankers can get millions in bonuses and everyone turns a blind eye 50% discount for pensioners fuel bills

People reading this are probably don't realise the billions and billions of pounds this country has wasted on illegal wars in iraq, afghan, libya and soon to be iran, all that money should have been spent in this country of helping pensioners, hey they could have given each household in the uk a million pounds - they are still spending billions in the middle east the uk army, what a total waste of money give every household in the uk a million pounds instead
  12. you will get between £10,000 - £18000 which i think is a good amount considering you made the companies life a hell, but you say your evidence was strong which is why i can't understand them turning down your £26,000 offer
  13. your team leader is trying to fob off responsibility, its the team leaders job and they have failed in their job so they are trying to pass the buck onto you and blame you, you need to put a grievance in, start making a diary and start at looking at ET down the line, don't be bullied stand up for yourself, get that grievance put in asap
