  1. I'm currently 4295 overdrawn my overdraft is 4000.its with lloydstsb. I have been making some good progress with other c.c debt but i wonder can i not pay this overdraft. I do not use the account now but as they keep charging me i keep going over the overdraft. Solicitors letters next by them. ANY IDEAS:confused:
  2. Have been reading all the threads to this, some crap and others who have definately got the idea. But dont forget this, there isnt any money only debt notes. Because the private banksters have made the governments of this world bankrupt we only deal in debt notes and you cant pay a debt with a debt. What they have cleverly done is to create us as the liability on all debt by the STRAWMAN system thro our birth certificate. The real wheeze is that everything therefore is pre paid and so you should not even have to use notes to purchase goods and services. Look into this as its huge and i cannot possibly go into more detail here, but as a heads up on the monetary system as it stands, get out of dodge and buy silver and gold and get rid of as much cash and shares you can. Don't say I didn't warn you
  3. I recently discharged my " alleged debts" with many c.c companies and bank loans (non-secured) with non-neg promissory notes. Some i've not had back, some have been returned, all alleged debt is still outstanding as far as the banks are concerned of course, but being that i tendered payment in good faith and that nowhere does it state that non neg. prom notes are not, not acceptable... therefore surely they are ?! Given that all fiat debt is created from nothing and that everything is already pre-paid and the banks have already had my money over and over again, now i have been doubly honourable and extingiushed these accounts with the non.neg prom. notes (signed by a notary public as well btw) what recourse do have over these non.neg prom notes not being accepted, as clearly by being banks they certainly know how to use them to fullfill my obligation. I also have commercial liens pending with all these banks. Anybody out there got the knowledge to deal with this next problem. Have been on this since Oct 09
