  1. I see, I filled out a medical questionnaire in feb and heard nothing back and now my ESA has stopped. So shall I just request the form and fill it out and return it? I can't see why I would have a problem as I am taking 3 lots of medication, seeking OCD help and on a waitin list for further therapy and I see my doctor monthly
  2. Okay sorry I missed that. I'll call them Monday and request the form. I can't see why I would have a problem as I dont claim any other benefits apart from ESA and I have no savings nor a partner so hopefully there is light at the end of the tunnel.
  3. Hi there, I will go to job centre Monday and request the form. I don't have savings and I only have ESA benefits as income and I am single.
  4. Okay so my 365 days have ended on contribution based ESA an I am now stuck. Once my money runs out (what I was paid fortnightly) which is in a matter of days then I have no options ahead. I am still attending the eos crap they make me do and I eventually have no finances what do ever to attend etc. What options do I have? As I paid rent to my brother who can't afford to keep me and I have no other income but that benefit...I need to know because I will be homeless and cashless and I really feel pushed to the edge I feel so sick and on edge
  5. i had my letter to say my time is up this april so just waiting on instruction letter from them to say what will happen next as my only income is ESA so i am sure they will ask about my situation such as living arrangements and stuff and will depend on how much i'll get by what my situation is. everybody is worrying about this but if your only income is esa and you have no source of funds but this then i am sure something will be worked out. alot of people are long term sick and ESA wrag is reddiculous that because your well enough to psychically move they assume within a small time frame everything is ready and solved by that date.
  6. hi antone, thank you for the somewhat breath of slight fresh air. i am completely tangled by all of this. I live with my brother and it is his house and he pays the bills so i only have my benefits to live on. I don't see how people have 6,000+ savings on benefits anyway, i have just enough to live on.
  7. i see, i am really worried because i have no idea what to exspect. I don't have any savings and i survive on what i am paid.
  8. okay no problems, i have been on esa since december 2009 and i have read my letter and i am in contribution based benefits and i was backdated from may 2010 to october 2011...any idea's?
  9. okay thank you...what changes will happen? as i don't have any kind of savings and i will be living with my brother who supports himself and pays his own mortgage which i can't afford to give him rent and survive.
  10. i did receive a backdated payment but i don't believe it was backdated back to 2009 december...i got all but 3 months
  11. sorry for seeming to be a bit stupid but i have been on ESA since 2009 (december) and only in september 2011 i was awarded my full ESA and put into the work related activity group....in what way will i be effected?
  12. After winning my tribunal and being put in the work related group for ESA i have since had an interview at the job centre and reffered onto EOS (a work placement centre like ingeus etc) i don't mind doing this and going to the centre but when i went today they seemed to be rushing me asking me what work i want to do, i was even asked where i lived and i told the advisor and he said there is work going there, i could get you in.....in what part don't they understand i am unfit for work currently (hence i am on ESA and went to a tribunal) i am due to go back to the centre for another interview to determine a 'action plan' which is fine by me, i just hate the fact i am still unwell and they assume i'm fine and can go to work placements. I am writing up a cv etc with the advisor next week and to work out what obsticles are there and how to overcome them, but to me they are clutching at straws...
  13. hello, sorry for no responce! yes i received my money and i have also received a work related interview letter already! i don't mind though, i am definately going but they need to realise i have literally just only won my appeal, and they think out the blue within a space of a few weeks i am ready for work? i'll do what they ask, but they need to realise people can't magically get better!
  14. i see, thanks for the reply....if anybody can help please post....
