  1. that answered my question didn't it, I forgot why I did not bother with this site anymore, now I remember
  2. I am going throough one of these companies for mis sold car finance on an agreement that has been settled. However, the finance company refused to engage with my solicitors and in the end I asked for a copy of the agreement and this was recievd this morning. My signature is not on this agreement just my name typed in, is this valid?

  4. I did not file a defence the prosecution wrote to me asking if I was willing to settle for a lower amount each time I wrote back saying I would not settle and was ready to face them in court
  5. The date of court hearing was 4th august, the claimants have discontinued the case
  6. So I have received a notice that my case has been allocated to Norwich court which is miles away I had assumed it would have been allocated to Ipswich, can I request this be changed?
