HI guys/girls My daughter's 8 month daughter is in GOSH waiting cancer treatment,her work is NOT going to pay for the time she needs off to deal with this. what is her rights to benefits (she has worked fulltime all of life and for this company for the last 5 yrs )she has 2 weeks holiday which she is using at the min,they have said she can have time off but unpaid any advice would be helpfull Thankyou

Hi I been on esa for the 365 days this ended in April of 2012, I appealed the fact I was in working group had medical with our friends ATOS in may after they cancelled 2 earlier dates in may, I rang them yesterday to be told that I had been put into the support group, I got a letter this morning saying the following does anybody know what it means A payment of arrears of contribution based ESA amounting to £----- has been calculated for the period may to august 2012, This arrears payment has not been sent or credited to you as we are holding details of a possible overpayment. We are checking whether any recovery must be made. Arrears payments due will be sent to you as soon as possible and we will tell you why any money has been held back I have 2 questions can I ask for the payment to be back dated to the first ATOS medical that they cancelled . question 2 if I was in the ESA for 365 days then it stopped will I get ESA now they have moved me into the support group Thank You

Hi you all I got phone call saying DLA will stop in April as well I quizzed the lady caller was told that you can appeal so I have also got the papers coming to do a appeal I think I will be appealing that the fact I was put in work support group should have been in other group But we have to see

So where do we go from here,do we have to apply for esa or will the contact us

God I have the feeling I am going to be moaning about harveys for a long time orderd 2 sofa's april for del in end june,after many calls the came in august and harvey had payment in may for them cashhhhh now the fun starts,door post paint scraped of it when getting in sofa (we have had £50 chq for that so no problems there) seam on 3 seater it comes apart now found hole in material in side phones there customers service was told i should have checked it before ie 3 days after i got it so lesson learnt check check re check I have a man coming out to see me next week about the seams seems to me, I may have a long list for him

Hi thxfor reply have it in knees,neck,back,ankles,elbows,shoulders,hip,hands there is not many joints left thats it's not in i am sure i will get it in them soon ,i walked into the medical,my mistake I refused to bend,crouch,or try to reach toes,knees due to slipped disc also I got my points for cant stand for more than 30 mins even though the medical took 26 mins says it all Good luck with yours when it comes
