Thanks, Kelcou I presume that they would make the payment on the normal payday? as i haven't been paid for the normal payday. As i was told to take my appeal form to my local JC to be faxed off and "apparently" they had problems which has resulted in the appeal being delayed. As it's bank holiday i will ring them on tuesday but I seem to make more sense out of this forum than the DWP and is it correct that 0800 phone calls to them are now free from mobile phones? Tam

Hi, I recently appealed against the decision of the amount of points scored in my medical asessment. They have stopped my money, my quiestions How long before they start paying me again? (i have recieved a letter confirming the appeal) Will they back pay me to the date it stopped? (with doctors papers, obviously) Any responce will the appreciated. Thanks:-)
