The same is happening to me????

Premier man has passed my debt onto RC even though I offered PM a minimum payment. RC sent me a threatening letter They said "we are prepared to give you a final opportunity to pay voluntarily" I consider this phrase to be a threat what about you? The second letter they sent me agrees to my minimum payment even though I have not made any offer to RC but only to PM. What should I do please Tom
