  1. HI DX100UK Apologies for delay in reply but health issues took priority. This dispute has been ongoing since 2009 when BC failed to supply a copy of my request for a true copy of the CCA only providing T&C's. Account been thru several DCA's who all backed down when challenged. Not sure if it is the M&S one or another.
  2. Have in the past ask BC for CCA agreement and only ever received T&Cs accompanied by a letter stating that is all they are required to supply and indicating, but not actually stating, they do not have an agreement. Several other DCA's in the past have given up, passed the problem on or back to BC
  3. Hi there, Not been on here for a while when valuable help was received from you guys. Now have started receiving letters from RW/HP2 regarding old B/C account which was defaulted in 2013. Back then requested agreement from BC but only ever received T&C's and eventually a letter indicating, but not actually stating they did not have agreement. Account from late 1980's. Been thru three or four other DC company's who eventually gave up and sold the debt on or returned it to BC. All starting over again with this outfit. Have not replied to any so far. Any advice about this outfit will be appreciated. Many thanks
  4. Hi Renegadeimp, It is regarding a credit card from the early 90's
  5. Good evening to all, Today received a letter and application form and set of terms and conditions from 1st credit regarding an alleged debt on a credit card the last payment or acknowledgement being Jan 2010. Been through several DCA's before this outfit who claim they now have all rights ect., since June 2015. Have written back to them stating no acknowledgment of the debt which I believe now becomes SB in Jan next year. These people are incredible as all previous DCA's have backed away when advised that the OC admitted that they do not have and cannot produce a copy of the alleged original agreement. Hope I am right about the SB bit.
  6. Hello goodatresearch, No further response from MKDP. Sent letter as suggested by Stigman and all has gone quiet once again. Keep at them if you are in the right they seem to try anything they can think of to wear you down. Don't give in, challenge everything within your rights. |Wising you good luck.

    Money Hut

Cheers Silverfox 1961. The report will be on it's way Monday and backed up by a hard copy too.
  8. I have been a Nat West customer for almost 50 years and have to admit I have never had any problems with them. Send them a SAR request (costs £10) which should get you most of the information they have about you and copies of your statements going back years. I had a couple of years ago to make the same request to them for PPI reasons and what arrived at my home was like a library in five envelopes, so they do have the info you are advised to ask for. Then check all the dates of your direct debits were paid against the dates they should have been paid and if they do not match report back to this siteand the experts here will guide you through the next steps. Good luck.

    Money Hut

Yesterday and again today this outfit have been calling again, calls were rejected. I have no doubt they have consistently called many times since my last post but my phone (mobile) has been off for three weeks whilst I have been abroad. I do wish I could record their calls but cannot do so. I am considering reporting them to the FCA by e-mail ad hard copy to see if they can take any action.

    Money Hut

Hi, been receiving unsolicited mobile phone calls from a Manchester number claiming to be The Money Hut offering to clear debts by borrowing more money at terrific interest rates or a loan for any purpose. I thought such calls were now unlawful. as I do not accept unsolicited calls they were told to go forth and multiply (or words to the same effect). Anyone heard of this outfit Asian I fear.
  11. Contacting the manufacturer if it is Elldis they are bloody useless. Same problem, faults with a new 20k caravan, no manufacturer interest. Fortunately dealer on my side and is sorting things out themselves and billing manufacturer.
  12. Thanks for all replies. Been off line for a while had to purchase new laptop. As of today no further action from MKDP since sending recon agreement. Strange thing is their last recon differs from a previous recon they sent (which was mainly T&C's) and again differs from a similar recon from the original alleged creditor BC (Morgan Stanley). Seems that MKDP have a department making recons. Now back in action will write to MKDP as Stigman suggests and hopefully put this to bed for good.
  13. Thanks Stigman for that advice. However could you state where that rule or legislation can be found so I can get the wording correct. \many thanks Boltmaker.
  14. MKDP have now started again to pursue an alleged B/C dept by sending a recon agreement after another request for a copy of the original SIGNED agreement. Previously they have admitted in writing that they do not hold a copy of the original agreement and the same from B/C. Does this mean they are stuffed, and what if any further action would be advisable as they state court action if account not settled.
