Hello Everyone, I am a claimant in a personal injury claim which the defendant has filed a defence for. "Without Prejudice" discussions to settle have broken down and we have not been able to agree a settlement. I am advised that as claimant, making a reasonable Part 36 offer may put them under pressure to settle because of cost implications. However, I am unsure how to draft it and what needs to be included. Has anyone ever seen one of these and could I possible have a template to work from please? The defendant in the case is represented by a solicitor. Thanks
