  1. Hey that's a great idea, I'll pop down there tomorrow with my husband and do a bit of cleaning. Thank you for your reply.

  3. Afternoon all, I'm having some difficulty trying to find out who is responsible for repairing my Vax VZL-704. I bought this 9 months ago in a local department store (Bodgers Ilford) but unfortunately I did not get a chance to use it straight away but rather a few months later. Upon using the VAX I realised that it did not work properly as it just wasn't pulling anything up. I spoke to the store and they informed me that I would have to take it up with the manufacturer as a few months had lapsed since the purchase was made. VAX repaired the unit under warranty and sent it back to me, the only problem is that it still does not pull anything up. I spoke with their customer support team at VAX and they said that as they had carried out the repair and were happy with the job done, they would not be prepared to take another look at it. As far as they are concerned the unit is not faulty. The department store want nothing to do with it and VAX refuse to help. Is there anything that I can do to try and resolve this situation, I feel rather hard done by. Thank you
