How many opinions will you need saying it isn't a good idea to do what you're suggesting for you to believe us please? And do you have previous experience of dealing with DCBL? Fwiw, I'm on team LFI and dx. HB -

Hi. Could you tell us who the email is from please? And when you say 'her name', do you mean the breeder? Have they told you where on Google the name is visible? It's possible that an older part of your thread is in a Google cache somewhere and I don't think anyone can remove that. HB -

How much of the documentation have you seen from when probate was obtained? And do you have a copy of the original will? I can't remember. My thought about you making the decision on your own to go with another lawyer is that three of you are meant to be beneficiaries of this will trust, aren't you? Normally you would need to act together. HB

Not prosecuting in the public interest seems to be bandied about on forums frequented by students. I don't think I've ever seen a prosecution not go ahead because of that. You would have to define why it isn't in the public interest to prosecute someone who isn't paying their way and is costing other travellers more. I can't think of a reason. HB -

That's an idea on Maquarie. On being accountable, you also have to blame Ofwat and possibly the Environment Agency although they've been badly defunded. I put the Frost article up for balance.
