  1. just checked and was able to make payment into account. And will hopefully be able to continue to make future payments into the account monthly.
  2. Thanks for your rapid reply. I will write to natwest. ignore the dca unless they send me a notice of assignment which i doubt they will as banks will not To the best of my knowledge be selling these bbls loans off to DCAs.

  4. I got £15k only paid interest payments of which there was 2x6 months. I used one of those 6 months Interest free payments. Then i missed 6 payments. So full amount still left to pay Ignore the DCA. I will ignore the dca But Should i go back to natwest again and tell them i will pay them a pre arranged payment due to to mine and the Companies present situation?reviewable after 6 months. or even ask the Bank if we the company can go back on the contracted remaining 6 monthly interest only payment.to see if my situation improves? Should I also Keep any contact with Bank by means of letters?
  5. Thanks for the reply. I took the loan out round 2 years ago. Original creditor is nat west. And i am a sole trader. I Had the usual bbls interest holidays then started payments. i still had one interest only 6 month payment left. but couldnt cope at time i didnt pay for 6 months. got the banks letters then received last letter asking for total amount. called bank to try negotiate a payment plan to be told its been passed on to the DCA. also told the dca will contact me in due course. I know these bbls loans are different to consumer loans. also know this BBLS is Unsecured. But being a sole trader i may be Personally liable.
  6. I took out a bbls bounce back loan after making some payments the business and myself ran into bad times Financially and also had lots of personal problems for want of a explanation i buried my head in the sand. i didnt contact the bank for 6 month .and didnt make any payments. after 6 months i contacted my bank to try to negotiate payment only to be told the loan has now been passed onto a DCA. i have not heard from the DCA as yet but i know I will soon. what i need to know is am i now required to deal with the dca or can i refuse and deal with the bank? just need a heads up before i write a letter to the dca.
  7. Hahaha i like that..and will take great pleasure in doing just that to.
  8. 66 days have passed and not heard a word not a thing...
  9. made enquiries today with a immigration lawyer and she advised that the derivative card is a good one to go for.it gives the holder permission to remain in UK whilst child is in education and also the holder has right to be working and self supporting for the time the child is in education.
  10. yes I realise that now you have explained.i got a email from vinci yesterday to say that they be in contact within 14 days.
  11. regarding the cctv and ICO I will do that. as the security snooperwho denied he issued the ticket/invoice told me in his own words that the cctv must have identified the abcence of a child.he obviously come out of his hole to identify if the child I was with was above the age they consider being a child.how he can do that without seeing ID is amazing. I advised in my email that I did not breach any of their rules and went on to asked why a invoice was left on car windscreen.and also asked them to explain how the feel they have run at a loss and to send me a true pre estimate of loss.and asked them at what age in their rules does a child stop being a child. i did not leave my name or address on the email I simply identified myself by giving them the parking notice ticket/invoice number.i doubt that they would have dropped the charge at their end and just assumed I would have to appeal to popla when I received the notice to keeper. the parking prankster website has been a great help and is very enlightening.as even popla seems to be on the private parking invoice issuers side as they know that they breach their rules but seem to just brush it under the mat.
  12. ericsbrother I identified myself as driver of vehicle as did not say (as keeper of the vehicle)so I suppose that now I have identified myself can that be a problem?i did not give my address also a security guy saw me at the carpark on my departure,he was also probably the one issuing the ticket.and I doubt he could tell by looking if the child I was with was over 12 y/o which most private car parks I believe state in their rules is regarded as a child!
  13. yes mollie 5549 we just checked that derivative resident card out on the www.gov.uk website and that may be ok but it states that applicant must be residing in uk.and she seems to qualify for that one so I think before applying she really needs to speak to a immigration lawyer.so we need to find one that offers phone consultations for a small fee payable by debit card to get more info. does anybody here know of one of these lawyers? thanks for the replies.
  14. and also in the email appeal I asked for the popla code.thanks all for the great advice.
  15. I emailed them yesterday with my appeal as advised on the parking notice and did mention the pre estimate of loss.also should I appeal by letter. and ericsbrother that's another point can they even use the cctv footage as evidence as this is the way they verified that I did not have a baby with me before they issued the ticket on my windscreen.but how was they certain I would not return with a child.and how can they be certain that the other person with me in this case a child of 15 who may look even younger on the cctv was not the child with me the parent.
