im going through hell with cap one . trying to get my ppi refunded . they dont help , or co operate in any way . it just makes me more determined ! how long did it take others to get cap one to pay up ? i have been trying for 3 months now ty

i have been trying to find my old credit card number so i can write to claim charges refunds. I cant find it . it was with tesco personal finance , they say without the account number they cannot trace me . This i think is incorrect , but im stuck . any ideas please on how i may be able to trace the account number . the account was closed around 4 years ago . thankyou
