thanks for that :- I no he can phone me everyday but isnt there a law where if he has rang once today and spoke to me he cant then ring for 24 hours?? as when i do hang up he rings puts it down rings puts it down then on the 3rd time just says "I no your lying blah blah etc"

anyone had anything else off these as i have had letters sent to my work and been bombarded with calls even tho i am not the person they want! the person on the phone is very rude ..... says i am lying and that i am the person ...... keeps ringing the phone and putting it down then saying i now need to change my number as he will ring every day! what is the law on phone calls etc! thanks

:shock: :shock: WAS YOU INSURED TO DO THAT??? OR WAS IT WORTH RISKING YOUR LIFE FOR! MAYBE THE POLICE WOULD OF BEEN A SAFER OPTION! THE WEEDY AFRICAN GUY MIGHT NOT OF HAD A PHONE IN HIS HAND IT COULD OF BEEN SOMETHING ELSE! P.S why didnt you just take the tele home and say you couldnt get in lol~

It wasnt forced entry into her work as she is a waitress but would this still count as breaking the law?? she was more ashamed and felt so small infront of everyone! i got straight on the phone to them and they said they didnt intend to intimidate her but obviously going on the size of them to her they did! who would she see to take this further CAB or solicitor? she knows not to let them in! just to wave out the window haha!

can the so called bailifs ( perfect home / brighthouse collection staff ) enter a persons place of work?? please help as they intimidated my friend at work they were over 6ft men and she is a small 5ft! as I am also friends with her manager I can have access to the CCTV if they are not allowed... let me no what her rights are so she can see about taking this further!! thanks everyone

Ive been waitin all day to get some action on this thread lol! sorry guys i dint realize about the link.. i can assure you I am in no way trying to advertise those vultures! i just linked that part of the site as it showed the stores that were soon to open! well there has been one open in liverpool now for just over a year! well some of my friends are with both these places and I must say they dont give up! I am a reference for a couple of them! lucky I am quite clued up on these so I can help my friends! thanks for replys and sorry again for the link just that they dont seem to have a proper website like brighthouse!

hi im new on this site but i have always been a reader of it! it is excellent in giving advice and helping vunerable people stand up for themselves. well I just thought id ask about perfect home another company like brighthouse! I am only asking about these as i have done alot of research ( just out of interest ) on brighthouse and how they treat people but not much comes up about perfect home considering they are vultures just like bright house! Its called Perfect home. If there is anybody out there who have had dealings with these then i would like to see some posts from you! they are looking to open another 75 stores so if there isnt one near you look out!!! look forward to hearing from you all
