    Hi, I had a similar issue happen to me whereby our relationship has ended and I need to close our joint account. I have tried going into the branch but was told that the only option was for my ex to cut up her card and send it into a branch, which is not possible with the current situation. Any advice as to how I get the account frozen/closed?
