Submitted statue barred to restons who say Cabot advised a payment was made on 30/ 4/12 and debt is not statues barred wrote to restons who say look at my statements which I have not got do I go back to restons and state debt is statue barred unless they can prove otherwise

Sorry but what's my next course of action

Received usual letter from restons stating they are solicitors not creditor and further to my request for proof of last payment they say check my own statements as to when payments where made they also returned my 1pound p/ o please advise what action I should now take as I am a bit clueless on this thanx

Yes filled out ack for court and form stating I dispute full claim with Copies of letters sent to restons claiming debt statue barred reply from court says Cabot v me and claimant may contact you direct to resolve if cannot claimant will inform court they wish to proceed the court will inform of what happens next restons reply says Cabot received confirmation last payment was on30/4/12 and is not statue barred and asking me to withdraw my defence by completing form n9 and return no later than 15/7/14 if they fail to receive a response they will make application to have defence struck out and summary judgement and seek order to pay clients costs with application I had ppi on original debt but have never claimed a refund I am also retired on ill health grounds and only get esa I worry silly about this and am so low at present any help and guidance much appreciated thanx

Received claim from restons for a debt dating back to 2005 with welcome finance no payments or acknowledgement sent since 2008 returned form to court saying statue barred as per your template what happens next

hi this is my first time on here please be gentle i took out a pay day loan in november with community pay day unfortunately due to illness i cant pay it back in one go i have been inundated with phone calls and texts from ndr and now threatened with marshall hoare bailiffs for non payment despite writing to com pd asking for time can anyonr assist in next course of action thanx
