  1. what are the fees that they can charge? they have pushed a notice through the door with what they say is owed on back dated council tax and fees of court fees of £110 registration fees of £50.10 agents fees of £10.00 are these fees right?
  2. what are the legally entitled to do in scotland when they are serving you with a notice of attachment as under the debt arrangment and attachment bill? i have sheriff officers that say they will break the locks to get in, can they do this?
  3. Its an attachment order they have and they are trying to use the debt arrangment and attachment bill to serve this order even though they got it in an english court.
  4. has anyone dealt with them before? they are trying to serve an attachment order on my goods and say they will break my locks to get in! Can they do this in Scotland? this order was made in an English court so is it Legal in Scotland?

  6. im being chased for unpaid council tax From when i lived in manchester. i have received a sheriff officers letter saying they will break the locks on my door to get in and take goods to cover the debt. im at my wits end at what to do. what are my rights on this issue? can i get help to write to them before they come back
  7. hello, this is my first post and i hope someone can help me. I was working in manchester a while back and now im being chased for council tax thats owed for that flat. I now live in paisley as i have moved home and have received a sheriff officer letter stating they would come and break in to my door to get goods to the value of the debt. im not even sure if they can do that at all! Im so worried can anyone help me write a letter to them to clear this matter up please.
