It was interesting to find this thread on the fridge freezers because when I called Whirlpool to say my fridge was freezing they sounded very surprised - but obviously it is a common problem. We just got it fixed in time under warranty but it has gone again less than two weeks later and is now out of warranty. I've told them I'm not paying for the repair because they failed to fix the fault. I will be awaiting their return to fix it with trepidation.
