  1. No. I was given a new tag number today which despite being accepted by the meter, doesn't contain the missing £10.
  2. None that I can see. They only list an out of hours email address, which aims to get back to you in 3-5 days(!)
  3. Hi all, Long story short, I topped up my electric using the wrong key at the weekend. I spoke to Ecotricity yesterday and was supplied with a tag number for a new key which included the £10 I had topped up with. When I got home I inserted the key into the meter and nothing happened. Rang back this morning to be told they'd got the serial number for the meter wrong, so was given another tag number. I've literally just got home, and the key I've been given doesn't work either. I don't know what to do, as their opening times are 8:30-5:00 so I can't speak to anyone until tomorrow morning.
  4. In the posting permissions section, it says I may not post attachments.
  5. I've done as you've asked, but I still cannot find or use the manage attachment box.
  6. The account has now been settled, was sick of being lied to by the staff in store, so paid it off. Can I still pursue this?
  7. Had another letter from them. They're basically saying that because I signed the agreement I have no grounds for a refund. Where do I go from here?
  8. Reply from Perfect Home: "We're investigating your complaint and will write to you again once this has been done."
  9. Letter being handed in to the store tomorrow and a copy being sent to head office.
  10. How does this sound? Temple Finance Limited The Lodge Coleshill Manor Coleshill Birmingham B46 1DP CC: PerfectHome Name of Branch I have my account with To whom it may concern, I am writing to inform you that I am giving the required 7 days notice to cancel my premiums for Optional Service Cover. It has come to my attention that at the time of taking the HP agreement out, I was not informed of what OSC was, nor was it explained to me that it could be cancelled at any time. In respect of this I would like a refund of the premiums paid since 11 January 2010, a total of 192 weeks at £6.64 per week for OSC. This is a total of £1,470.87 including interest at 8% per annum which I expect to be refunded to me within seven days. Yours Sincerely JrnyFan4Life
