  1. Lots of things have gone on today, all I feel I can add is a word of warning to everybody on these forums PPCs most certainly do monitor these forums without necessarily posting, as has been proven today, unfortunately due to the public nature I cannot go into greater detail, those who I know and trust feel free to pm or email me
  2. Can you believe it? I sent them an email today via my lease company as i was informed they have never sent me an email cancelling my FINE !!! Just got this back tonight Hello Sir, This PCN has already been removed Free Of Charge. Kind regards Ranjat Singh. 3. Thanks for the info Lamma and Sweep1, udate for you all, I have been busy today speaking to solicitors and the police, without saying to much as the wrong people will also read this, I now have a crime reference number, this has been taken very seriously, I feel the tables are about to be turned in my favour. On Tuesday I have been asked to produce EVERYTHING I have and its alot, to Telford police, I will keep you posted:)
  4. Lamma , sent you an email, I didnt get original envelope as this arrived via ****** who own the vehicle . What ive scanned is what i got ie no letters attached, what is MCOL please ?
  5. Nothing stamped on it regarding address of court or anything to indicate this is official, surely they must of overstepped the mark here, this is downright intimidation:mad:
  6. OK my friends, some advice please, simplex have gone to the next level, and if im right in my thinking, they have right screwed up, do you think these forms are legal, i got them tonight when i got home, Thanks in advance Just thinking about this, to my these are forgeries, isnt that illegal? will await people more experienced to comment before taking action.
  7. Ive heard nothing in weeks, how you get on with HMCS?
  8. im no banana, but you commited an offence, yes you owned up, but you still commited the offence, i suspect that if they wish they could prosecute - sorry, thats my angle
  9. Not sure if ive made myself clear, I am paid from 9am to 19:00pm, but actually work from 8:30am to 19:30pm becuase i work from home, im trying to establish if my employer can legally do this. Of course i sometimes get home earlier than 19:30, but i also sometimes get home a lot later, this is all expected as a Field Service Engineer, my gripe is that we are not paid for the two half hour periods mentioned, which mounts up to a considerable time over a year. Thanks for reply Duke
  10. Hi sidewinder, thanks for the reply, no there is no mention in our contract, we work a standard 37.5 hour week, without going into details about the split shift which is over a six week period, basically over six weeks we average 37.5 hours per week, we start at 08:30hr and finish at 19:30hrs on a scheduled working day, one hour is unpaid lunch, the contension comes with starting at 08:30 when we are not paid until 9am and finishing at 19:30pm when we are only paid up until 19:00hrs, surely we start work the minute we get in the vehicle? I nor my collegues can find anything under working time directive or emplyment law regarding this unpaid work hense me posting here. Many thanks Duke
  11. Hi Everyone. I have a question which has rattled on in one form or another with my present company and previous employers. I work in I.T im called a field service engineer, I get my calls via a pda and therefore work from home using a company vehicle to get to service calls both locally and on occasions several hundred miles away !!! It is company policy that we work the first and last half hour of the day unpaid, this of course adds up over a years, in fact its equivelent to our holiday entitlement. My question is, can employers do this, it seems a grey area in general, I have spoken with people in simular roles, some are docked pay some are not, any advise would be really appreciated, if possible could any respondants please post links to relevant details Thanks again
  12. Not surprised at all by the statement, i bet the info published today is only the tip of the iceberg
  13. Easier said than done, as ive said earlier, I am not knowledgable in this area, i wouldnt know where to start, and therefore would be concerned which area to sue them for, harressment is my best bet at present, but it can all very easily go pear shaped when trying to prove anything I might sue him for. Im waiting for TS to come back to me regarding the harressment, if they decide its worth persueing i will go ahead wth there backing in court, like Ladyjan said, TS are not willing or able to persue through law all the other irregularites discussed on this board as they deem that they are operating within the law, all be it only just.
  14. Like I said earlier on this thread, I got done by these people in Telford back in February, I now have a lot of information about the operator, I know where he lives and where he works from, he is not registered at company house, nor is he vat registered, in my case he had no contract with the landowner (written contract), and to top it all it would appear the whole operation is carried out from his bedroom, now who is being illegal? I hope he reads this, come on take me to court !!!
