thank you for your advice guys!!!! i havent heard anythin from them yet they have took the usual £50 out my bank witch goes to show they cant take more as they said they was going to lol, n courtesy call they could try callin it that if they was actually courtious

have debt for £2700 with robinson way for 3 n half years now, i have paid them every month by standing order of £50 and never missed a payment. they phoned yesterday sayin i can settle the debt now, and save £70 i told them i was not in the postion to pay that amount, so they got funny and said i have topay £100 for the next 3 months or i will have charges added to the account. i said i was happy paying the £50 and will continue to do so till the end, but they said they couldnt accept it and started asking how much i get paid,i refused to tell them anymore personal information and if they wanted to get any more money off me to take me to court. am doing the right thing n can they actually do anything now.(i only have 6 payments of £50 left)

hi i have told mom in law to write what you told us but she is worried about the out come and what happens after the 12 days. and how is the best way to word this letter

my mom inlaw bought a car from car craft signed all the relevant paper work and agreed monthly payments of £150 3months down the line £18.20 started to go out of the bank she cancelled these payments as she did not know what it was for she then had a letter from creation finance saying they was adding a late payment chrage and a fee for the letter. she called them as she still didnt know who the hell they was they said it was to do with the car she had she then called car craft they said it was because black horse couldnt give her the full amount for the car so they had to go to creation for the last 500 there is no details to back this up in her paper work no mention of creation there , she is completely confused wot should she do

my mom also signed to tt who said take out the full telephone package and they will provide her with the broadband free yeh right after phone calls letters and nearly 10 months it acually happened she told them shr was going to seek legal advice thats when they changed there tune and got it connected she is nearing the end of her contract now which she has only had a few months use out of it

the manager said that my council insurance was no good as it didnt cover buildings insurance lol obvioulsy the counil insure that themselves thats another one they tried to get me on and and the old letters they send to you stating your nearing the end and if you take a new agreement out they will finish the last 6 weeks of the old n the one we have noticed your agreement has ended and you havent taken out service cover

i have been with bright house for 6 years now the first 2 items i had i took out the so called optional service cover cos i was informed i had to have it if i didnt have contents insurane which i didnt have at the time. as soon as i got insurance i cancelled without a problem. i went in with boyf a few months later to buy somethin the manager said i had to have this cover because they need a new copy of my house insurance papers, boyf told 'him rollock off' and questioned why is it called optional if you tell us we have got to have it, since then every item i have never have any service cover on.i phoned one day to say i coulnt get there to pay them an they said my excuse wasn good enough,my son was in hospital so i had to send a freind to pay for me just to stop the ridiculous charges they add on to each item.i popped in today 2 items remainin just under 2 years to pay roll on 2 years £23 a week better off for items i still couldve got half the price:)
