Hi all just wondered if anyone has had any dealings with the Company who sell Raspberry Ketones ( diet pills ) I signed up for the FREE trial offer of these pills paying the £3.95 postage. I received the order a few days later but unfortunately I could not tolerate them they made me ill. I threw them in the bin end of story however this morning another lot turned up at my home included was an invoice saying they had taken £69 from my Bank account needless to say I was furious, after numerous telephone calls they decided that I could have a refund of £34.98 pence as a goodwill gesture. I told them I want a full refund or I will take it to the County Court. I will not let them away with this as I have rights under the Consumer Act. I have also reported the matter to the Trading Standards who advised me to write to them which I have done so be careful avoid this Company like the plague

I have just received a charging order from hco **** for a debt for an old debt form about 5 years ago they said they have written to me which is a blatant lie the money was an old debt from marks and spencers I am now asking them to send me a copy of any credit agreement that i ahve signed with them they have added interest for years without contactinng me, now we know who marks and spencers deals with I wont be shopping there again watch this space

dI replied to an email to a company called Topaz offering mobile contract phones without credit checks. I paid one month rental of Twenty Eight pounds in advance.I then had to wait for 3 weeks after numerous calls to the company.before the phone arrived. No further problems until I received a call the other day saying they had lost my bank details I gave the details as I recognised the person on the other end of the phone believing it to be a genuine mistake. I then discovered the next :-(day my phone has been disconnected and I cannot get hold of the company. Has any one heard of this company or had any dealings with them . I have tried to phone the number on the advert no reply surprise surprise. As luck may have it they were based within one mile of my home so I shall call tomorrow but I will probably find an empty office. The advert says the airtime was supplied by t mobile but they said they have not got my number recorded. Any advice would be appreciated

Hi re Redstones and my problem when I replied to aletter from their solicitor I asked for a copy of my transfer from Amber to Redstones as I was never consulted, she did send me a copy of a list which included not only my address but that of many of their other customers so much for the Data Protection Act. I WILL NOT BE POSTING IT ON THE INTERNET! As far as FSA is concerned they are as much use to the financial industry as Acas is to any problems one has with the unions in this country.

I was contacted by Topaz offering a mobile phone I accepted and paid first month rental of £28 as there was no credit checks. I was told the phone would be despatched in 5 working days NO PHONE I rang again and they said it would be 10 working days the 10 working days are now up and still no phone has arrived. I rang again to be told it would be checked out yet again. I have told them if I do not receive the phone in the next 48 hours then they can cancel my order and refund my money. I tried to expalin that I have now paid for 2 weeks rental and had no phone but trying to get this across I may as well knock my head against a brick wall. What is the country coming to I wonder. Has any one else used or heard of this company. The one good thing is thta I know they are based about one mile form my home therefore I can go knock on the door to get my refund.

Hi I am new to the forum reading your posting re the NHS I too was bullied and made to move after 17 years. I raised a grievance against a senior nurse I won an external appeal appeal and the managers of the PCT were useless as was UNISON they let me down badly. I decided to take them to the small claims court to ask them to refund all my subscriptions for the past 17 years. It cost me £120 pounds but I feel money well spent money. The matter is still ongoing but I dont care if I never getthe money back its time someone highlighted these unions they are happy to take our money but do nothing. Will keep you posted. Hi all I have had a mortgage with Redstones for about 3 years never missing a payment until last month. Since then I have been bombarded with telephone calls letters etc. In the last letter they said they would send a Debt Counsellor to my house at a cost of One Hundred pounds to me.I told them I would be out at work, lo and behold I got home from work there on the mat was a card saying that a Debt Counsellor had called, are these people stupid or what, or is it aploy to make more profits. I have been reading the problems with these people on the forum looks like I am not the only one I ahve agian written to them to say i am waiting a reply from Gordon Brown to see if he will bail me out like he did Northern Rock . I will write to them again reminding them of the Telecommunications Act.
