sorry about that it was 125 per month tha debt was a b&q card santadar i ent a letter asking for late charges back they refused butagreed on 1pound per month but did not send any instuction on how to pay. so they pased it on to cl finance. wouldent mind but the late payments came to 245 pounds the debt was only 360 pounds -

no they said they sent form out to me but i never recived it was thinking of sending financial statment with some sort of letter to get payment lowerd -
hi been taken to court for 360 pounds cort costs aded 462.36 they want 125 pounds per month but im on benifits any templats for redused payments

my wife had astore ard with theme which she found hard to pay of by the time i found out about it they were demanding 800 pound the actual bill was 150 its been pased on to lowell financial ltd im wondering wether to ask for statments so as to claim late payments back an advice plz -
