  1. you need to tell the company you brought the item(s) from to sort it! Under the DSR's you haven't received your item(s) so it's up to the seller to sort
  2. you report it to the police "as failing to report an accident"! If you didn't know THAT is an offence!
  3. Well if it was me and you were messing me around wanting the family to fix it, i wouldn't have any of it, i would just want your insurance details and if you wouldn't provide them then i would report it to the police and get them to get your insurance details. I know you don't want to hear this but you ARE at fault, they are the victim! Forget this stupid 4-5 quotes!
  4. You to put everything in writing, include copies of the letters he got and make a complaint to the The Independent Case Examiner! Don't be fobbed off with the runaround, when "ice" gets involved you'll be surprised how things change! http://www.ind-case-exam.org.uk/

  9. yeah why don't you get in touch with Kwik Fit Customer Service, ask then for compensation for your wasted time etc, bet they don't give a dam!
  10. Well i may get moaned at but! if you couldn't pay for the mot and repairs then you shouldn't have taken the car for the mot etc. You can't blame the garage owner for wanting his money. You're lucky he let you have the car before payment was made, a lot of garages don't release the car until payment is made.
