@dx100uk I have now read the sticky over and over multiple times and I do not find reasons to give for NO. sticky - I have read other threads and one user was advised to "Just say on the papers unacceptable as you wish to challenge their Claim in person." I will cast fresh eyes on it again in the morning in case I am yet again missing the glaring obvious. I appreciate all your help in this fight

yeah trying to rush it is why I was asking the questions so I'll wait. Go through the other links - there is part D and reasons that I still need to find.(i'm sure it's there) Relevant reasons to state no include that there are factual disputes which will need the judge to hear from witnesses directly (in which case please specify the factual dispute and the relevant witnesses) or that the issues are so complex they need to be argued orally I didn't say I was confused, I just don't want to ask any more questions, if they answers are already provided.
