  1. Lowell took me to court last month for a mobile phone debt' they didn't even turn up claim was struck out. DONT GIVE IN follow advise from here I DID and I now owe them NOTHING
  2. have today received a letter from (LOWELL SOLICITORS) saying NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SOLICITORS. please note that with immediate effect we have now been instructed to act for the claimant in respect of this matter in place of bryan carter solicitors llp. we have been supplied with the file and are instructions are to deal with your defence. if you wish to discuss this matter call 0113 335 3343 only 5 weeks late
  3. got letter from court today saying upon the claimant not attending and hearing the defendant in person the claim is struck out
  4. should I have received a letter from the court stating the case was struck out ? been 2 weeks
  5. don't know if this matters but Lowell mark my file as the LENDER they are debt purchasers so one would wonder if they have a licence to state this on credit files. once I start something I see it out looks like im in for the long haul with Lowell to try and get them to remove it
  6. thought you could;nt remove a default.. because the default still stands even if you win in court
  7. my credit report has been updated as of today 3/3/16 lowell have increased the default from £763.06 to £1,034
  8. claim struck out for breach 0f cpr 27 failing to comply with judges directions. no default/assignment none attendance asked if I had anything to say. I showed letter from carter judge said its a breach of court procedure rule 42.2 42.3 (thanks andy) judge was not impressed not been informed. donation on its way thank andy
  9. default notice was issued june / july 2013 but report has it oct 2014
