I am late already but i spoke to the courts and they have said that i will be ok so long as its in by tom aft.

i have the court date and time. They just need me to send in the documentation that i plan to use as evidence.

i have to send in my documents, which i am fine about. Basically its all my statements, and my letters and their letters. whats else would i need? A copy of the oft report? any other documents?

i hope so, i have tried to read through a few threads but it takes so long and i have to go get the Mother-In-Law from the hospital as she has just had another round of chemo. I might just give in and leave it.

Hello I am haven’t been on this site for the last couple of months as I have been very busy. Basically my mother-in-law has be diagnosed with terminal cancer, so I have together with my wife been busy looking after her needs, eg ferrying her to hospital, local hospice and general things, like cooking and cleaning. This is quite hard whilst still working 5 days a week and looking after our three kids. Because of this I did contact Citi to ask if they would agree to an out of court settlement. They didn’t even ring back but just wrote saying no way. Anyway due to our personal circumstances I haven’t read as many threads in the last few months so am not fully aware of what may have happened in recent cases. Anyway, Christmas came and went and then this morning I received a pack from Citi cards. Basically I have a court date (my local one) for next week and need to sent off my documentation. They have submitted numerous things? Did others get this and if so what sort of tact with Citi take. how did you get into negotiations? was it through dla or direct? did they ring or write or have you been emailing them?

Did the defence have any merit? Have you got your court date yet?

They acknowledged at the last minute and the moneyclaim site shows that they have filed a defense. Do they take it to the wire?? I suppose that a court date would be months off!! This whole process just starts to drain you, every day am looking at other threads to make sure that i havent missed anything and the letters going back and forth. its getting me down today!!
