    BTW Foxy, that number got me through to PayPal - are they one and the same? This is their UK number 020 8605 3000 Use option 3 but you will only get through to a guy on reception who will not put you through to anyone else in the company. If only I had the money to really follow this through but there again if I had money would I be using eBay?

    I've been trying to get a refund on an overbilling to the tune of about £420 for more than 3 months and they keep sending me the same kind of automated, ultra-polite, totally worthless responses. Who can I turn to for some support in this? Thanks, J
