wow, have just caught up with this thread! Basically, it was one of those makeover / photo things and I was paying off monthly for the photos whilst being told that they were coming but they never did!! But doesn't sound like there's much i can do now - Just get on to my old bank re the credit card cost??

Well see that's the thing, when I asked my credit card company about it they basically said it wasn't their problem and there wasn't much i can do through them - this was about 4/5 yrs ago and i don't have that card anymore - although I do need to start the 'reclaim' process against them! The company are called Front Cover Girls Ltd and they owe me about £600-800! What do u suggest??

Hi, Apparently you can claim on line rather than having to take papers to the courts - is it better or detrimetal to do it this way - I just know 4 me would be much easier - pls advise

Hiya, I'm a good few months behind you guys but I am now in the process of sending my LBA to Halifax with my Schedule of Charges but I'm a little confused about the interest part because it doesn't show on my statements how much interest I'm being charged for my authorised O/D - they used to have a line that said 'next months interest will be £5' but that only lasted for a few months and then stopped. Does this mean I haven't been charged interest for my O/D or do they take it in a covert way?? Please help, i'm really baffed - apologies in advance if I'm just being stupid!!
