Unfortunately we have feel foul of this [problem], not sure how this happened or how they got our details but apparently there are thousands of others and this is not being reported in the media, so I'll flag it here. https://www.gov.uk/marriage-allowance/how-to-apply The HMRC link to apply for free. I'll post the links as finding them via google took me over 15 minutes, although admittedly I use adblocker so they may just be hidden [problem] site but does have their address, this is the only way to contact them.
