  1. three added there early termination fee which when worked out was what it would of cost me monthly till the end of my contract ty

  3. hi, yes the debt is mine, its from when i cancelled my three contract and was messed about for 4 months before i finally got a final bill. its 1 debt all info on the 2 letters are the same, eg client reference num is the same as my customer num for three. ty
  4. I have recieved 2 letters from different debt companies but dated a day apart, 1) wescot and the other Moorcroft. 1 saying they want me to pay 12.48 a month and the other asking for the full amount, which company do i deal with, or anyone got any other advice ty

I have an account with simplybe and fashionworld. i was paying the correct amounts each month uptil about 1 1/2 years ago, they told me i could pay less amounts but i would have to pay an interest fee on top. 1 account £300 was added and the other account £240 was added. but if i pay a day late they charge me £12 and then say if i dont pay double payment that they going to add more interest to the amounts, can i get the interest or some of it removed, as if this was the case i would only owe a few hundred pounds. ty for any help
  7. They are telling me i cant do that. and also i having a prob with a returned modem. that they received back on 3rd Jan 08, which indian call centres say it has been sent back but UK side saying it aint
  8. Hi i phoned the sales team on the 4th Feb 08 and aranged for a LG Viewty mobile phone to be sent out, was told will be there next day. I received the phone on 7th Feb 08 charged it switched it on and got no reception. my other 2 mobiles i have full signal and never had a problem. I phoned and explained that i was not happy with the mobile and that i wanted to change it to a nokia n95 8gb. i was then put on hold for 10 mins and then was informed that they didnt have any in stock. i asked if i could go to my local 3 store to exchange the mobile and was informed that i couldnt. I phoned back 10 mins later and got thro to glasgow. they informed me that there was stock available, and they will put me thro to customer services.. got to customer services and was told nope no stock. I phoned 5 local 3 stores and they all said they have got plenty of stock... what can i do. is there a phone number to call 3 in the Uk. so i can get the phone swapped..
