  2. Thanks Slick Do you mean CCMCC dx? Will they send me a copy? Sorry been away from this for a long time lol
  3. Very likely dx the problem is we don't honestly know as we've never received anything regarding this loan. We sent a DPA fo the PPI on this account and they only sent the details covering the top up loan insurance
  4. Yeah I know they are all one and the same I think they deliberately didn't FIND us so that they would get an automatic judgment against us. They knew where to find us for hubby's other account
  5. This was my original post regarding PPI which resulted in non compliance of DPA Now after years of no contact we've found they CCJ'd us in 2012 Site team please merge
  6. Bankfodder it was 17/08/2012 and i'm certain it was SB by then if not it was very close to it I'll try and find my details Just seems weird to me that Barclays have been able to trace us but not the Woolwich? The debt was with Woolwich
  7. The last acknowledgement for the debt was 2006 and they got a CCJ after it was statute barred. Can they do that without notifying us They've used the last address they had for us but we haven't lived there for 8 years and have been traceable by the electoral roll
  8. Ah thanks, mine should be statute barred but because they've changed the date I have to wait another 5 months
  9. I'm afraid I don't know the answer to this but am having a similar problem. Does an appointed DCA have authority to change the original default date when they take the debt over? Even if you haven't paid them anything at all?
  10. Since this looks like an oldish thread can I bend your ear Andy? I have to file a defence today. My local council are charging me a chargeable repair and and not sure what ref numbers are as I just have a sticker with all on it?
  11. Donation given real name ok to be used RIP Martin, sorely missed already Thanks for a memorable birthday in 2006 x
  12. I had the pleasure of meeting Martin and he was a lovely man and friend of mine on Facebook. I knew he was poorly but never in a million years did I think he would be taken from us. RIP my friend, sleep well Di xxx
  13. @ cerberusalert, exactly! Also agree with elise, if the important mail he is waiting on was that important he would have had it sent to his own address My guess is, he's letting his house out without permission from his mortgage provider which is a no no
  14. You have no legal obligation to pass mail on. He shouldn't even be having any correspondence sent there!
  15. {I've found the original contract that we had with them, but we never signed it or sent it back to them. I don't know if this would make any difference?} I would've thought this makes all the difference in the world, no signed contract, no booking! Have you still got the receipt for the deposit?
