  1. yes i,m sure they are so was it 0659.59 0r 0700.01 i,m just surprised that they did not wait until 0701 or 0702 for the avoidance of doubt. But was it there at 0701 ??? The notice says 0700 If it were a speeding offence the 10% + 2 guideline would be used. thanks for the reply
  2. thanks for the reply sailor sam.............re: removal time. i cannot say to be truthful. Surely the PCN would state that. ???????? It cannot be more than a few minutes after but normally before 0700. I suppose it is possible the engine was running and I was scraping ice off the windscreen. The notice says 0700 and does not state the drive away time. Is this something I can demand. Is there likely to be record of this and is it still going to be viable evidence.
  3. hi......I have just received a PCN from the LB of Wandsworth. The issue is that I was in a spot where loading/unloading restrictions were in place. I was working a night shift and the vehicle would have been removed before 0700. The restriction is stated as starting at 0700 on the little yellow sign. The offence is stated on the PCN as being at 0700. I wondering about challenging the accuracy of the clock. Can I demand to see what evidence there is to clarify the accuracy of the clock. ??? I find it to understand why the CCTV operator did not wait until 0701 or 0702 etc. any thoughts
  4. A few basics my friend, stay focused and keep it very simple, narrow the issues. The judge isn,t interested in crappy service, avoid the temptation to start a outburst of your feelings. The judge will get bored if nothing else.
  5. just curious, do cpw actually send the money when they say so
  6. er I,ve had the same this week, consider the merits of adjourning the case until you actually have the money. Bear in mind a phone call is only that and no more.
  7. they have actually said that they want to settle in full with someones special number, i,m not sure if this is a ploy to trick me into not turning up, only e;mails
  8. tommorrow afternoon, i got an e;mail this morning(YES Sunday)
  9. last minute development............cpw not the sols want to settle, whats the procedure, do I turn up, the offer was by e:mail with "Without Prejudice" on the top
  10. i,m waiting for a hearing, the judge has asked us to try and mediate??? Anyone heard of CW turning up for a hearing and has anyone ever heard of anyone losing ??? or winning come to that, what are the worst possibilities if I/we lose.
  11. cheers guv, i,m just wondering what cpw s success rate is ????, the idea of telephone hearings does not sound good to me, means the other side does have the expense of sitting outside the court, or have I misread the situation ?
