  1. just realised you didnt answer the questions when AOS and Defence was due... defence was due on the 22nd ...did you file one??
  2. sounds pretty typical. scan everything up to ONE multipage PDf please follow upload we dont need any statements. dx
  3. pers i wouldn't.. all you need to know is in the posts of that thread....that being section 127(3) of the CCA refers. if under a CCA return, the 'creditor' claims its a recon, it must not contain any details like a sig, tickbox, or typed name (whether you signed physically or by online tickbox) 1. those are not necessary in a recon, so why inc them? (faked??) 2, it cant thus be a recon!!, it must be a copy of the 'original' from the original creditor, not from a debt buyers filing cabinet. they shouldn't not be 'mixing' some original docs from the OC with crap from their filing cabinet, claiming its ALL a recon! because some of it is faked. just remember there are far more docs like NOA and a DN that are as equally important to a court claim of 'this debt is enforceable'. never rely solely upon the dodgy agreement argument.
  4. i have clarified your thread title and your post to make it easier to understand. if you have their engineers report, thats good enough. it will be their decision to repair, refund or replace. but they must under CRA do one of the above. to date how have you been in contacting the manu?
  5. just type no need to keep hitting quote... as has already been said, they use their own criteria. if a person is not stated as linked to you on your file then no cant hurt you. not all creditors use every CRA provider, there are only 3 main credit file providers mind, the rest are just 3rd party data sharers. if you already have revolving credit on your file there is no need to apply for anything just 'because' you need to show you can handle money. if you have bank account(s) and a mortgage which you are servicing (paying) then nothing more can improve your score, despite what these 'scam' sites claiml its all a CON!!
  6. i think you mean applicant not claimant above? section 127(3). readme HSBC/DG Claimform - old Credit Card Debt - Financial Legal Issues - Consumer Action Group
  7. you'll never find a court open on a w/end MB. all courts are closed Good Friday and Bank Holiday Monday. However as Andy points out, that does NOT mean you get 2 extra days to file, you get one, same as xmas/new Year. UKPC have not filed their, so no rush on yours as dave says.
  8. just type in the msg box..., no need to keep hitting quote....
  9. what dont ever ignore is: a Statutory Demand a Letter Of Claim a Court Claimform via Northants bulk. however.. dx
  10. re the SJPN court forms... and your reply. you need to sign for each journey you know is you on that TIC form. as for the other court sheets you plead guilty wanting to attend court to show personal remorse face to face to the magistrate on the day. return the forms to the court. i would copy the court form and inc that also with your new letter via email to TfL.
  11. Following a review of multiple companies under its supervision, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) said it found evidence some firms were offering customers less than what the written-off or stolen vehicle was worth and only increasing that offer when a customer complained. UK watchdog concerned over insurers' valuation of written-off or stolen vehicles (msn.com)
