i got a similar letter as well this morning, I wonder when the money will be credited as I could be doing with it now LOL

Jsut out of curiosity did they pay the money in before you received a letter?

I find being firm but insistent is the best way, I was about to start my claim at the sheriff court today Every letter sent to them had copies of previous correspondence and I was even nice ewnough to write to them last week reminding them the 14 days were nearly up

I receiveda letter this morning offering full refund but stating that they will apply charges in the future and will close the account if not operated correctly. What is the general consensus of this?

Good Luck with your claim it really is worth it in the end! When I opened the letter this morning and saw that they were going to refund the full amount I did a wee dance - its a great feeling!
