Gemini are So-an-sos with a capital 'S' - do NOT accept what they say with anything other than a pinch of salt! Gemini wouldn't know what a court is never mind how to sue, both LBL & Gemini are as guilty as sin of being in up to their eyeballs in all manner of EDITED liberty-taking. I know from other cases that, far from being 'in dispute', both parties are still trying to protect each other

Strange comments - Gemini work for LBL so how can Gemini 'sack' LBL.  Also it's my understanding that LBL & Gemini are joined at the hip
Also why would Gemini sue LBL for payment. When Gemini dispose of the vehicles they recover, as they do, they are therefore the 1st to receive the proceeds of sale from which they can deduct their charges
