We all end up paying for the likes of you!Its taken a while and it has taken a huge amount of effort but i am almost there. This lad needs to pay his way - there is no negotiation on that. Then why crucify the lad if you can empathise?

If all the the residents of the property have one joint rental agreement rather than one each with the landlord (ie not multi-occupancy property or bedsits), then the household as a whole is liable for council tax. If one of them is not a full time student then that is 75%, if all of them are full time students then there is none.
