oldjonb, You will have filed your claim on MCOL and when the bank submit their defense your claim is moved to your local court . You need to look at the links provided by archer and start a thread on the Lloyds TSB forum. Where you will find alot of help and advice with your claim. Good luck.

Is you total claim with interest under the £5k? Since the N150 is usually distributed for claims which are likely to fall outside of the scope of Small Claims Track, it is slightly more in-depth and has a few more sections. However, do not be worried if you receive one and your claim is under £5,000 - it could just be a mistake. There is no harm in completing one of these for smaller claims. In the proposed directions. Put the new draft directions shown here and adjust accordingley to your own needs. Good luck Allocation Questionnaires - A guide to completion

TIck no. Attach to the N150 and send to the court. You don't have to , but it is better to also send a copy of your N150 and a copy of draft order to the solicitors as well. Good luck.
