??? Letter templates and address to send to ??? | Hi,
When sending an LBA for S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) I'm not aware that you have to report them to the Information Commissioner at the same time. But you'll probably find the information here: The Data Protection Act - Information Commissioners Office
Check out the FAQS on the right hand side - there's one that says: I think a data controller has breached the Data Protection Act. What can I do? That section tells you how to complain.
Good luck - I'm sure your S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) will turn up soon, they just like to take their time sometimes.

| | Platinum Account Customer | Re: TALLING Vs LLOYDS TSB That's ok. The only reason I was able to reply with the information I gave was because we were forced to start researching it when Lloyds didn't provide a S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) for Mindzai's credit card. I'd imagine a lot of people who were reading you post haven't had to consider sending a LBA for their SAR and so wouldn't necessarily know the answer to your question. I'm sure you'll get the statements once they recieve your LBA.

| | Gold Account Customer | Re: TALLING Vs LLOYDS TSB Hi again Lucid In the 'need to know' section where it outlines the steps of what to do, it is the LBA template letter that it advises to send if they do not respond to S.A.R - (Subject Access Request). I am rather confused now.....is this not what others are doing ? Advice from all welcome | | |
