| | Basic Account Customer | First Letter Sent: I received my list of bank charges yesterday that I have been charged for the past 6 years (wow) what a substantial amount...over 3,000. I have sent out my first letter to them today asking for a refund of my charges. I am giving them 14 days as stated in the library section before sending out a second letter. MODERATED threads joined .please keep to your original thread when updating this is for your benefit and the benefit of everyone who is following your claim
