I would email it. Lloyds are pretty good at getting to the right place. I would also, if you can take a copy to your branch and get them to stamp a copy as received |

I have also sent my first letter today, by hand (but I didn't get a receipt).

I received my list of bank charges yesterday that I have been charged for the past 6 years (wow) what a substantial amount...over 3,000. I have sent out my first letter to them today asking for a refund of my charges. I am giving them 14 days as stated in the library section before sending out a second letter.
