Default questionnaire dispensed with!
Recd letter from Nottingham cc with copy of defence,(but no allocation questionnaire) saying that 'the filing of an allocation questionnaire be dispensed with in this case unless the district judge at the court of transfer orders otherwise.' When I rang my local court the person I spoke to advised me that further correspondence would be sent to me next week but couldn't tell me any more. Can anyone tell me what this means? thanks.

This is standard now when you submit a claim using MCOL and the bank defend. As the court have said you will recieve further information in due course. If your claim is for over £1500 you may still need to pay the allocation to track fee. Ring the court to confirm this.
