Hi Michael and thanks for that info. I am assured that the court have it on file but I'm just a bit fustrated that I haven't even received a notice of transfer to my local court through the post. They say a decision on a date won't be made until the end of June. what do you think?

Hello everyone

Its been a while since I last logged on but I have news!

To all those people logging onto this site for the first time and to all the others that are slowly walking the long and lonely road to claiming there money back I can now confirm that it does work! Yes today the 19th May 2007 we received a letter from Lloyds Tsb's solicitors informing us that they intend to repay our full claim amount of £2502 plus court charge of £120 plus interest, a grand total of - £2761.44p!

AMAZING, we cannot believe it. We always had faith from the publicity these claims have received and all the success stories as told on this site that we would get our money back but something tells you in the back of your mind it can't possibly be true.

Our thanks to all those who have offered invaluable advice and support from start to finish of our claim, and should I be lucky enough that Martin Lewis himself may read this - you are welcome round my house for a cup of tea and a slice of cake anytime.

Good luck to all of you and if I can offer any help or advice please post a reply and I will do my very best to help you.

Bye x
