had a good read now it is quite daunting but onward and upward, as the saying goes in for a penny in for a grand or three in my case.

| | Platinum Account Customer | Re: Allowcation Questionaire Received Hi there,
Pre action protocols are the Rules - by which the Civil Court run all cases.
I will set out a link here but ignore what is some or any of the legal jargon. PRACTICE DIRECTION – SMALL CLAIMS TRACK - This Practice Direction supplements CPR Part 27
They just lay out a foundation of how cases are to be managed when on a specific track - i.e small claims track.
The above link is for the small claims track and claims under £5,000.
It is worth reading - if you would like more information - then post back and happy to supply it.

Have you got a Court date?
Yes you need to send Lloyds a copy unfortunately, it should say on your letter from the Court with your Court date on when they have to have it by.
Lloyds are supposed to send a Court bundle, but they never do.
